The Aspen Hollow Collective
The Aspen Hollow Collective is a participant-driven organization that seeks to provide a platform from which:
Folks with something relevant and important to say can connect with
Folks who have access to places and locations in which they can say it and with
Folks who want or need to hear what those people have to say.
The Collective is a sort of global retreat center and think-tank, with access to trained professionals from across the globe leading events on important topics at interesting locations and facilities for people in need of an intellectual, spiritual and/or emotional re-charging or re-calibrating in their lives. The Collective provides a place where people with resources and people with needs can meet, gather, share and grow. The Collective is “of the people, by the people and for the people” in the truest sense of the phrase.
Some of examples of topics and issues The Collective seeks to address include:
Human Emotional and Spiritual Wellness
Equality-Based Leadership Centered on the Value of Each Human Being
Economic and Investment Theories driven by Human and Natural Benefits and Impacts
Effective Organizational Governance Models
Mindfulness and Dialectics
Poverty, Power and Inequality
Still in its infancy (and dependent upon the collective efforts of its participants), the mission of The Collective is premised upon the principles found in Acts 2:42-47 “…and day by day, attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they received their food with glad and generous hearts, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to their number day by day…” Like the Acts of the Apostles, The Collective, strives to bring the many resources and bounty of our global and local communities together, on a collective basis, with the goal of fulfilling its mission and purpose.
The Aspen Hollow Collective is for:
Individuals and organizations who provide content and training in areas that are consistent with our mission; or what we refer to as “Collective Content Providers”.
Individuals and organizations in need of the services and resources that can be provided by Collective Content Providers; or what we refer to as “Collective Attendees”.
Individuals and organizations who have financial resources and/or access to physical locations and sites that can be used for Aspen Hollow Collective events, meetings and retreats; or what we refer to as “Collective Patrons”.
